Dial Tread Depth Gauge with Pouch | 52-50560

Good morning,
You display the gage on your web site with the pouch and advertise a secondary soft zippered case. When I got mine, it only came with the pouch. If I had known that was all it came with I would have ordered the hard case. I Emailed customer service and it's been a week with no response. I am hearing impaired, so phones are a big problem for me, please advise.

Update: Longacre customer service replied back and has agreed to send me the soft zippered case, free of charge as shown on the website. They told me the case no longer comes with the depth gauge and have since corrected the mistake.

I have been using their products for years and really appreciated them making this right. The depth gauge is very accurate, works perfectly and is of a high-quality construction. Thanks again...
