Ordering

How do I place an order?
You have four choices:

  1. Find a dealer near you in within our dealer list, and purchase from them – you can access them through their website or over the phone.
  2. Shop and purchase for your products on our secure e-commerce website.
  3. Give us a call at 1-800-423-3110 Monday through Friday, 6:00am to 3:30pm PST. We have a courteous and knowledgeable sales staff that can help you with your purchasing.

What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept all major credit cards from a US Bank: Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover. PayPal, Bank Wire Transfer and COD are also available for a small fee. (Please contact our Sales Department at 800 423-3110 for these additional payment options.)

Do you ship outside of the USA?
We have many dealers throughout the world and we will also ship orders outside the USA and Canada by contacting our sales department directly at 1-800-423-3110 Monday through Friday, 6:00am to 3:30pm PST.  You can also contact us via the website with any international order inquiries. If you would like a freight quote please include your complete shipping address.

How quickly will my order ship?
Delivery time is normally one to seven days, depending on distance and shipping option selected.

How can I cancel my order?
Call our sales office Monday-Friday between 6:00am-3:30pm (Pacific Time) at 800.423.3110.

Products

What types of warranties do you offer?
All Longacre parts are guaranteed to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a period of 1 year (2 years for Computerscales®) from date of retail purchase. This warranty covers the original purchaser.

Parts returned to us (prepaid to the factory with the original invoice or sales receipt required as proof of purchase and date), will be repaired or possibly replaced, and returned by UPS Ground. We cover the cost of the return, excluding international freight. If you need the parts returned by air service, we ask that you pay the difference.

This warranty does not include incidental labor, damage to other parts, or personal injury. No warranty of fitness for a particular application is made due to the nature of auto racing. This warranty does NOT include damage due to misuse, neglect, abuse, or modification. International customers are responsible for freight on warranty items. Why does my product look different from the online photo?
We try to keep our photos as updated as possible but because of our continuous program of product improvements occasionally items may look slightly different than the pictures. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions.

Shipping and Taxes

How do I get/use my tracking number?

If you order through one of our dealers, check with them regarding their shipping/tracking policies. When you order through Longacre – either through or website or over the phone – you will receive an email following your order that will provide your tracking number, providing you are using a traceable shipping process.

Who do I contact if I have shipping issues?

Is sales tax charged?
AFCO Performance Group, LLC. collects state sales tax on purchases as required by state law. For certain states,  AFCO Performance Group, LLC. is not currently obligated to, and does not, collect state sales tax on your purchase. For those states, your purchase is subject to tax unless it is specifically exempt from taxation. Placing your order on the internet or by any other remote means does NOT exempt your purchase from tax. Certain states may require us to provide an annual notice to you of your purchases and to notify your state tax department of your annual purchases. Details for reporting your untaxed purchases, filing a tax return and paying any tax may be found on the tax department website for your state of residence.

How are taxes handled on International Shipments?
Taxes are paid to the shipping company by the customer upon delivery. The freight forwarder/shipping company will contact you for payment directly.

Does Longacre drop ship?
Longacre provides its dealers with a variety of drop-shipping options.

Returns/Refunds

What is Longacre Racing return policy?
All merchandise returned must be pre-approved by Longacre Racing Products and accompanied by an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number issued by the Longacre Sales Department. All returns must be prepaid and returned in the original packaging. A 15% restocking fee may be charged. No returns will be accepted after 30 days. Custom products or special orders cannot be returned. No credit, exchange or refund on any part that has been altered or changed in any way.

How are refunds processed?
Refunds are processed by our accounting department. Funds are refunded to the original card used to purchase the item. Refunds take 3-5 days for banks to process after they are electronically sent from our accounting office.

Yes, click here to order your catalog. We’ll provide you with a full-color annual catalog within two weeks of your request. If you need one immediately, we have a digital version (click here) for you to view immediately.
